A human reads your application — usually within a week. If there's a fit, you'll get a short call and a seat offer. If not, you'll get a kind no with a reason, and you can reapply any time.
Can I change tiers later? +
Any time. Move between the Circle, the Table, and the Inner Circle from your membership page — upgrades apply instantly, downgrades at the next cycle.
What if it's not for me? +
Leave in the first 30 days for a full refund, no exit interview ambush. After that, cancel any time — you keep your seat until the cycle ends. Our 97% renewal rate exists because leaving is easy, not because it's hard.
Is the directory really off-limits to outsiders? +
Completely. No public member list, no guest passes to the directory, no screenshots from calls. The candour of the room depends on it.
